Celeb spot

I saw that bloke from Eastenders – the one who plays the young gay, Asian guy. The one who’s having an affair with Christian (or was? I don’t really watch the programme). I don’t know his name. He was walking down Regent Street yesterday evening about 7.30pm.
Impressed?
Yes, thought you would be.

Sport Relief etc
Posted: March 19, 2010 Filed under: Blether 3 Comments »Sport Relief. Have you been watching it on TV? Did you enjoy it?
It’s for a good cause and all that – I have even donated – but the celebrity aspect sticks in my craw somewhat.
I know that having celebs on the show brings in the punters. But when you get super-rich footballers/ presenters/ actors encouraging people to donate … well, it’s a bit annoying isn’t it? And people like JLS, Claudia Winkleman, James Cordon — are their motivations purely altruistic? You can’t tell me they don’t appreciate the exposure. Grrr.
I’m home alone this evening. Pissed off with L. If he comes back in the next 1/2 an hour before I have a chance to go to bed and I am forced to listen to him talking about THEM I may well deck him. I am aware that that will make no sense to anyone as I never really talk about my personal life on here, but suffice to say, all is not rosy in the Stratford garden.
Talking of personal lives, and of jobs, annoying people, and life in general, in fact … at what point can one say, “enough is enough”. Is there a general rule that can be applied to everything? A universal tipping point? Your thoughts welcome.
Just had a quick look at Twitter to see what people are saying about Sport Relief. Seems that annoying Christine Bleakley has raised more money than Eddie Izzard. That’s ridiculous! What he did was amazing!

- How impressed I am with Stratford Library, and also about the book I am currently reading;
- The 10k run I did last weekend;
- How tired I am;
- My (almost) stalker;
- How fucking brilliant Derren Brown was when I went to see him in Eastbourne last week;
- My lovely new scanner, and the seemingly never-ending task of scanning and sorting out my crap.
Unfortunately I need to do some prep for tomorrow, so you’ll just have to speculate re the above.
Roll on the Easter hols.
