Motörhead always remind me of a favourite teacher of mine, Mr Paul D., who was (is?) a fan.
I was thinking about him yesterday, and did a search on You Tube for that classic Motörhead track “Ace of Spades”.
This is what I came across. Absolutely hilarious!
Van? I meant vac.
Poor old boy has lost it.

I think my brain hurts now. ::)
Personally, for vacs I really rate our SEBO.
I don’t know about my brain, but my eardrums certainly do hurt right now.
My vacuum cleaner is a DirtDevil (if that even exists outside of the US) and it’s a piece of crap. But all that talk about vacuum cleaners reminds me of Our Man in Havana, which is a brilliant book *and* movie. (Of course with Graham Greene as the author of the first and Carol Reed as the director of the second, starring Alec Guinness, it’s hardly a surprise.)

I love Motorhead and especially the Ace of Spades.
This particular card having its own speical place in my world.
Christmas Eve, Hammersmith Odeon – as it was then.

Is the Miele vac still impressive. I really need to get a new van and need convincing about shelling out such a lot of money
